I have a cheap Black and Decker 3/8" corded drill I bought from Walmart about 20 years ago that I use when I'm going to be doing a lot of drilling, especially larger holes. That thing has been going strong this whole time. You really can't go wrong with a cheap corded drill since they are so simple and common. I use my cordless drill for smaller stuff or just driving screws.

Yea, I use to do the same, till a moving company lost half of my tools, in my toolbox. Couldn't claim any cause they didn't annotate each tool. They just said tools. I'll be getting one this weekend hopefully

Building a water jug and gas carrier, on the back. I got the water one done by mistake. Should I lower it's position because of the gas one has to be lower due to the door handle or leave them off set?

So made some adjustments to the design of the framing, much more sturdy now, and got both fuel and a water can up.
They don't rattle, and flap back and forth and if they did I have some padding for protection to the door

The rear cans no longer wiggle, bounce nor rattle on the door, added weather stripping behind the carriers, to prevent the paint damage, and added another bracket piece to keep it stable

Today in the process on getting it inspected to register it here in HI, unfortunately I will be running front and back plates, anyone got ideas for front plate stuff to keep from getting in the way of wheeling and winching?

Using my 4 days off to do my head lights, got 90% done with one got the jk head lights and using my headlight housing for the mounting. Once I'm done I will paint the old lense with bed liner and some runes.

PLEASE do a write up on how you did those headlights! This is exactly how I’ve been wanting to do mine.
