Let's get together this October for the Fall meeting of Black Sheep Hummer Squadron in Moab, Utah. We don't have to worry about 24 Hours of Moab getting in the way this time. As previously discussed - all are welcome.

Most wheeling starts on Sunday the 6th, with most attendees arriving on Saturday the 5th. Arrive and depart as it fits in your schedule.

A variety of lodging options are available on Moab, including commercial campgrounds, rough camping, hotels (Motel 6 often has the best rates).

We're In!! We already miss all you guys! For those of you thinking about it, just do it! We missed last year, and going again this week just showed how much wheelin and friendship we had missed.

Unfortunately, Lauren and I probably won't be there (so much to fix and so little vacation time). But you can bet I'll feel a strong pull in that direction the whole time.

Since my trip was cut short this time and I didn't get my Moab fix in I am already ready to go back.

Wow, that is kinda a slower time for me. Is it as crazy there like on Easter time? I dont think I'll have many more mod then what I'm doin now. Is thereor let me put it this way, what would I need for a trip like that? I would want to be prepared and still make it home. I think I'm only about 5 hours away.

Good to have basic tools as well, and some replacement parts namely tie rods and a halfshaft.

Neither time is crazy in Moab. The April one starts as EJS ends so it's crowded for a day but it doesn't affect us on the trails.

I think I may be able to make it if I can line up work on the west coast and ask for the time off while working out the contract details.

Man , I am jonesing for something from Milts. A chilli cheese burger and fries and a chocolate milkshake. That would work. My wife is going through Moab tomorrow on her way to Phoenix. I'm stuck here in Wiskonsin with the wieners. October is a long ways away.
